What is the nature of the event? This is an outdoor event that takes place in a forested area with rocky and uneven pathways as you travel along the trail in the dark of night. The length of the walk is approximately 1 km taking around 35min. Come prepared for the weather and wear comfortable shoes.
Clothes & Footwear – All activities are outside so please dress warmly, bring outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for a possibly wet woodland trail. Expect it to be cold, dark and SCARY!
Costumes – NO costumes or masks allowed.
Accessibility – Unfortunately it is not accessible for wheelchairs or limited mobility through the forest trail.
Disclaimer & Warning – This event is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have mobility issues or difficulty walking, suffer from seizures, asthma or various medical conditions.

What is the refund policy? There are no refunds of purchased tickets.
Coming with a large group of people? Large groups will be asked to split into smaller groups to allow for true terror. A maximum of 6 per group will be strictly adhered to.
Is there an age limit to enter the event? The Forbidden Forest is a 14+ event, allowing for true terrors! Not suitable for children.
Alcohol & Drug Policy – Guests who are intoxicated and deemed a nuisance/threat will be refused entry to the ranch and the trail. No outside alcohol and no drugs are allowed on the premises. Please note our Refund Policy.
Smoking – No smoking on the trail or in the forest. Smoking allowed only in designated smoking areas.
